How to store and use steel core plastic doors

With high moisture-proof, anti-termite, steel core plastic doors are suitable materials for Vietnam climate. However, this material has only been put into use in Vietnam only about 10 years ago. Thus, users have no experience in preserving and using this material.

    According to many experts on construction materials, this product is a kind of easy-to-use, easy-to-preserve material, not as difficult as some other materials such as wood. However, it also needs some preservation procedures. Certainly, it will promote all its effectiveness and features.

GUIDELINES FOR USE OF STEEL ERROR DOORS:

   - How to open the plastic door properly: The door handle on the door facing the locking bar forming a 90-degree angle to lock the multi-point on the locking bar does not touch the lugs on the frame making the opening easier.

   - How to close the door properly: Steel core plastic door must be pulled close to the frame, rotate the handle on the wing in parallel with the locking bar, pull the door to check whether the door is closed yet.

   After proceeding to close the door properly, you lock the key into the lock and turn it toward the lock bar to lock the door.

   For a door using a multi-point key with a blade, we can perform the door closing and locking operation as follows:

   + Close the door close to the frame until the padlock in the lock is locked into the mouth

   + Push the handle up to a 45 degree angle and let go

   + Check the key into the lock and turn toward the lock bar 1 ring to lock the door.

   After locking the door, try rotating the handle to check if the door is fully locked.

  GUIDELINES FOR STORAGE STEEL PLASTIC DOOR:

   During use over time will cause phenomena such as dirt, plastic door frame gold and accessories, glass will also not be beautiful stain

   - Long doors may get dirt on the door, use a damp cloth to wipe and plastic core steel polisher to make the surface look new. Do not use arbitrary chemicals to avoid fading.

   - Door glass: use soft paper, newspaper or clean rag to clean, use glass washing water to be more effective.

   - Open-door style by opening door set: normal swing opening door, open door, horizontal opening, sliding door, turn-on-flip door ... for proper opening-closing operation.

   - A long-time upvc plastic core door accessory may be rusted, making it difficult to move and cause noise. Use light, light-colored (or transparent) oil and grease to look into rotating devices , do not use oil - grease into the machine. Periodically check the oil according to the instructions of the supplier.

NOTES TO REMEMBER WHEN STORAGE

    - Keep away from heat sources, remember that uPVC plastic is only stable at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius and can melt at temperatures from 180 degrees Celsius to 250 degrees C.

    - Keep away from organic solvents, such as acetone, varnish, and organic detergents

    - Do not allow sharp, sharp objects to touch the plastic surface, which may scratch the surface;
